| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1692

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1692 on page 2, |

| immediately below line 10, by inserting the following: |

| "(c) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory |
| 5 |
| Act of the 94th General Assembly apply to collective bargaining |
| 6 |
| agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this |
| 7 |
| amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly."; and

| on page 10, immediately below line 26, by inserting the |

| following:

| "(g) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory |
