    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Secretary of Transportation, on behalf of 
5
the State of Illinois, is authorized to release to the Village 
6
of Elwood its dedication rights to the following described real 
7
property:

    Parcel 1WY1003

    That part of lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, and that part of the 
10
    vacated alley, all in block 24 in the Original Town of 
11
    Elwood, being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 
12
    29, Township 34 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal 
13
    Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded October 
14
    31, 1856, as Document No. 25184, in Will County, Illinois, 
15
    described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of 
16
    said lot 11; thence on an assumed bearing of North 15 
17
    degrees 47 minutes 11 seconds East, on the west line of 
18
    said block 24, a distance of 332.54 feet to the north line 
19
    of said Lot 2; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 
20
    seconds East, on said north line, and on the north line of 
21
    said vacated alley, 82.21 feet; thence South 00 degrees 34 
22
    minutes 43 seconds West, 42.83 feet; thence South 59 
23
    degrees 22 minutes 02 seconds West, 19.41 feet; thence 
24
    South 43 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds West, 102.00 feet; 
25
    thence South 24 degrees 51 minutes 11 seconds West, 95.19

    feet; thence South 15 degrees 47 minutes 11 seconds West,

    parallel with the west line of said block 24, a distance of

    111.54 feet to the south line of said Lot 11; thence South

    90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, on said south line,

    14.55 feet to the Point of Beginning; and also that part of

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon

becoming law.
