    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Home Health Agency Licensing Act is amended 
5
by changing Section 13 as follows:

    (210 ILCS 55/13)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 2813)

    Sec. 13. This Act does not apply to any home health
agency 
8
conducted by and
and for the adherents of any well
recognized 
9
church or religious denomination for the purpose
of providing 
10
services for the care or treatment of the sick
who depend upon 
11
prayer or spiritual means for healing in the
practice of the 
12
religion of such church or religious denomination.
