    AN ACT concerning local government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Downstate Forest Preserve District Act is

amended  by changing Section 3 as follows:

    Sec. 3. All courts shall take judicial notice of all forest

preserve
districts organized under this
this act.
