| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 15 with the |

| following: |

| "certified shall be presented to the court. No certificate of |
| 7 |
| error may be granted by the court unless the applicant for the |
| 8 |
| certificate of error, for the year in question, has first |
| 9 |
| provided to the county assessor, on a form furnished by the |
| 10 |
| assessor, an affirmation that all taxing districts with a |
| 11 |
| taxing interest in the subject property have been notified of |
| 12 |
| an application for a certificate of error and unless evidence |
| 13 |
| of the affirmation has been presented to the court. The county |
| 14 |
| assessor".
