AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 92

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 92 by replacing

lines 33 through 36 on page 6 and lines 1 through 15 on page 7 
4
with the following:

        "(6) the  operator complies with all applicable 
6
    requirements of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and 
7
    collects and remits all applicable federal, State, and 
8
    local taxes; and"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 2 through 20 with the following:

        "(7) the  operator complies with all applicable 
11
    requirements of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and 
12
    collects and remits all applicable federal, State, and 
13
    local taxes; and".
