deleting lines 25 through 29; and

on page 2, line 22, by replacing "person" with "patient or

resident"; and

on page 2, line 23, after "causes", by replacing "abuse of"

with "or threatens to cause an injury to"; and

on page 6, line 11, after "type of", by replacing "abuse" with 
9
"violent act"; and
 
10
on page 6, line 14, after "danger", by deleting "to an 
11
employee"; and
 
12
on page 6, between lines 19 and 20, by inserting the following:

    "(E) A violent act requiring employee response, in the 
14
course of which an employee is injured."; and

on page 8, line 17, by replacing "suspected abuse of" with 
16
"violent acts against"; and
