<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act with provisions substantially similar to those of Senate Bill 2510, but with changes that include the following: (1) makes various grammatical and stylistic changes; (2) provides for calculation of a patient's "estimated" glomerular filtration rate instead of simply the glomerular filtration rate; and (3) deletes the requirement that a health care professional provide the patient's race when placing an order or prescribing a prescription.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
