<reference>5 ILCS 430/20-85</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Requires that each Executive Inspector General include the following in his or her quarterly report to the Executive Ethics Commission and the appropriate executive branch constitutional officer: instances since the last report date of non-compliance with personnel policies, ethics training, and restrictions on the use of an executive branch constitutional officer's name or image in public service announcements and on promotional materials.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
