In compiling average daily attendance for pupils in grades 2 through 12, provides that a pupil in attendance for at least one clock hour of school work, but less than 5 clock hours of school work, may be counted on the basis of 1/5 day of attendance for every clock hour of school work. In compiling average daily attendance for first grade pupils and pupils in full day kindergarten, provides that a pupil in attendance for at least one clock hour of school work, but less than 4 clock hours of school work, may be counted on the basis of 1/4 day of attendance for every clock hour of school work.
