<reference>105 ILCS 5/27-6</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 27-6</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board may excuse pupils in grades 4 (instead of 9) through 12 from the requirement that they engage daily in physical education if they must utilize the time set aside for physical education to receive special education support and services.
