Raises the total number of charter schools that may operate at any one time from 60 to 65 and the total number of charter schools that may operate at any one time in Chicago from 30 to 35. Provides that the Chicago Board of Education must designate attendance boundaries to relieve overcrowding for these 5 additional charter schools.
