Provides that counties and municipalities may by county or municipal ordinance or resolution require the fingerprinting of applicants or licensees in specified occupations for the purpose of receiving criminal history record information by county or municipal officials. Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code to make conforming changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
