<SynopsisText>Provides that services provided by athletic trainers and required to be covered by insurers, including under the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act and the Public Aid Code, must be medically necessary.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Changes references to "a physician licensed to practice medicine in all of its branches" to "a physician licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987".</SynopsisText></synopsis>
