Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Manufactured Home Installers Act. Provides that a manufactured home installed on private property that is not a mobile home park must be installed so that it rests wholly on a permanent foundation. Sets forth requirements concerning permanent foundations. Effective immediately.
