Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Fire Protection of Unprotected Area Act. Provides that it is the duty of the State Fire Marshal to make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all areas of the State are covered for fire protection and paying an adequate and reasonable fee for that protection. Effective immediately.
