 1        AN ACT in relation to tobacco.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (30 ILCS 168/1)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short Title title.  This Act may be cited as the
 8    Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act.
