<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>720 ILCS 570/101</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>720 ILCS 5/12-21.6</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that for the purposes of the offense of endangering the life or health of a child, there is a rebuttable presumption that a person committed the offense if he or she permits a child of which that person is the parent or legal guardian, or a child that he or she is caring for with the permission of the parent or legal guardian of that child, to be present or remain at a location where any act takes place that is chargeable as a Class 2 felony or greater under the Illinois Controlled Substances Act or the Cannabis Control Act. Provides that if these conditions are present, the penalty for the offense is a Class 4 felony.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
