<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-205.2 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, within 72 hours after any person has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds or with leaving the scene of an accident involving death or personal injury, the circuit clerk of the county where the offense was committed must notify the Secretary of State of the charges. Provides that the Secretary, upon receiving the notification, must revoke the driving privileges of the person against whom the charges are pending. Provides that the circuit clerk must notify the Secretary of the final disposition of the case. Provides that the revocation must remain in effect if the person is adjudicated guilty and must be rescinded if the person is adjudicated not guilty.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
