Provides that a distributor, importing distributor, or manufacturer of alcoholic liquor must notify each retailer (or the retailer's associate, partner, employee, or agent) listed on the distributor's, importing distributor's, or manufacturer's monthly statement of the total amount of the gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic liquors to the retailer during the preceding month. Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the Illinois Liquor Control Commission may fine a licensee or suspend or revoke the license of (now revoke the license of) a licensee that violates certain provisions of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act concerning the filing of statements with the Department of Revenue.
