<reference>225 ILCS 60/28.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Provides that, subject to appropriation, the Department of Professional Regulation shall create a program for the State fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004 to reimburse physicians licensed under the Act in specific high-risk specialties for a portion of their medical malpractice premiums.
