<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/5.625 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Creates the High-Speed Internet Map Act. Requires the Governor's Rural Affairs Council to (i) prepare an interactive Internet-based map of the State's telecommunications infrastructure and (ii) make recommendations to the Governor and to the General Assembly concerning the implementation of high-speed Internet access throughout the State. Provides that all moneys deposited into the High-Speed Internet Map Fund shall be expended by the Governor's Rural Affairs Council for the purposes of the Act. Provides that money from any legal public or private sources may be deposited into the Fund. Amends the State Finance Act. Establishes the High-Speed Internet Map Fund, a special fund in the State Treasury.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
