Provides that an importing distributor may obtain a supplemental storage permit upon payment of a fee of $270, which authorizes the storage of alcoholic liquor at a location other than the importing distributor's licensed premises. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Further amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that a supplemental storage warehouse must (1) be owned by or otherwise under the control of the holder of a supplemental storage permit and (2) be in compliance with any agreement between the holder of a supplemental storage permit and any manufacturers that supply alcoholic beverages to be stored at the warehouse.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
