<reference>705 ILCS 405/2-14</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 37, par. 802-14</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that the time limits for commencing an adjudicatory hearing in abuse, neglect, or dependency cases may not be waived. Present law permits the time limits to be waived only by consent of all parties and approval by the court. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
