<reference>20 ILCS 805/805-233 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that if the Department of Natural Resources adds acreage to or renovates any existing acreage in the Hazel and Bill Rutherford Wildlife Prairie State Park, then any lighting installed on the added or renovated acreage must be properly shielded to prevent light scatter into the sky.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
