Provides that an employee of the Department of Children and Family Services or a foster parent licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services who knowingly falsifies a Department document or who knowingly makes a false statement in a Department document as to a material fact in relation to an investigation of alleged or suspected neglect or abuse of a minor or in relation to an investigation of an alleged dependent minor is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
