Amends the Department of State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification Law. Changes the name of the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification Law to the Sex Offender and Murderer Community Notification Law and makes corresponding changes in cross references to that Act.
