Provides that the Department of State Police shall include the following information on its Sex Offender Information Web site: (1) the sex offender's name; (2) the sex offender's date of birth; (3) physical identification, including the height, weight, race, and sex of the sex offender; (4) the sex offender's address; and (5) the crime for which the sex offender was convicted or otherwise required to register as a sex offender, including the definition of the offense and whether the victim was under 18 years of age at the time of the commission of the offense. Provides that the Web site shall also include a hyperlink to the sex offender Web sites of Missouri, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa.
