Provides that, for tuberculosis sanitarium districts in counties with a population of 2,000,000 or more, the county board may expand the board to 9 members if (i) the county board, by majority vote, adopts a resolution to expand the board to 9 members and (ii) the county board transmits a copy to the tuberculosis sanitarium district board along with the names of the new members. Provides that each of the additional members shall be appointed for a term of 3 years and the appointments shall be made within 60 days of adoption of the resolution.
