<reference>20 ILCS 105/4.15 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. Requires the Department on Aging to develop and maintain an information system concerning the State's aging population and incapacitated and dependent adults and to prepare, publish, and disseminate related educational materials. Provides that the information system must be available for use by State and local agencies and by the public. Requires any public agency or private agency to submit information for the system upon request by the Department. Requires compliance with State and federal confidentiality laws and with federal information sharing standards.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
