Provides that the list of all persons who have been employed by the State during the past calendar year and paid from funds in the hands of the State Treasurer shall be sent to the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives in addition to being kept on file in the office of the comptroller. Provides that within 60 days after the expiration of each calendar year, an additional and separate report indicating the total number of State employees for the prior calendar year, listed by county of residence and by county of work headquarters shall be prepared. Provides that this separate report shall be sent to the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, and kept on file in the office of the comptroller and be open for inspection by the public at all times.
