<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>225 ILCS 85/22</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111, par. 4142</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987. Provides that, in the case of a drug, medicine, or poison which is sold or dispensed pursuant to a prescription of a physician licensed to practice medicine in all of its branches, licensed dentist, licensed veterinarian, licensed podiatrist, or therapeutically or diagnostically certified optometrist authorized by law to prescribe drugs, medicines or poisons, the label affixed to the box, bottle, vessel, or package containing the drug, medicine, or poison shall also show the expiration date of the drug, medicine, or poison.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
