Eliminates Christian Science practitioners as mandated reporters of possible nursing home resident abuse or neglect. Provides that a mandated reporter or nursing home resident or employee who suffers damages as a result of a nursing home's retaliation for making a report of possible nursing home resident abuse or neglect may bring an action against the nursing home. Provides that a person who suffers damages as a result of an employer's discrimination against an employee who makes a report of possible elder abuse or neglect may bring an action against the employer.
