<reference>70 ILCS 920/5.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Tuberculosis Sanitarium District Act. Dissolves the Suburban Cook County Tuberculosis Sanitarium District upon the effective date of the amendatory Act. Requires all real property of the dissolved district to be transferred to the Cook County Forest Preserve District. Requires all other assets and liabilities of the dissolved district to be transferred to the Cook County Board. Requires the Board to deposit those assets into the County Working Cash Fund. Requires all responsibility for tuberculosis treatment and care of the dissolved district to be transferred to the Cook County Department of Public Health.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
