<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>30 ILCS 105/8h</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/8j</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the State Finance Act concerning provisions that authorize the Director of the Governor's Office of Management and Budget (i) to transfer into the General Revenue Fund a percentage of the moneys in funds held by the State Treasurer and (ii) to transfer into the General Revenue Fund a portion of the additional amounts generated by new and increased fees. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly no transfers are authorized to be made under these provisions unless specific authority for the transfer is granted by the General Assembly. Provides that, as soon as may be practical after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly, the State Treasurer and the Comptroller shall reverse all transfers previously made under the authority of these provisions.
