<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Project Labor Agreement Act. Requires State departments, authorities, and instrumentalities to include project labor agreements on public works projects when it is determined that the agreement will be in the State's interest. Sets forth procedures for negotiation of an agreement and its contents. Requires the department, authority, or instrumentality to justify the use of a project labor agreement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Bureau of the Budget)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>On reviewing this legislation, the Bureau has determined that the legislation does not propose that the Bureau receive or expend any appropriation, or collect any revenues specified by the legislation.  As such, there is no fiscal impact for this bill. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
