<reference>20 ILCS 2310/2310-220</reference><aliasreference>was 20 ILCS 2310/55.73</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department must (now, shall) make grants to physicians practicing obstetrics in rural designated shortage areas to reimburse for malpractice insurance. Provides that the grants must be made from any funds available (now, funds appropriated) for that purpose. Provides that the Department must (now, shall) establish reasonable conditions, standards, and duties relating to the grants.
