<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-208.3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-208.3</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code with regard to administrative adjudication of violations of regulations governing the standing, parking, or condition of vehicles. Provides that a municipality may provide for administrative adjudication of parking violations committed in the municipality's central business district that adversely affect the security of residents or may compromise security in the central business district. Lists violations that may be adjudicated under such a system. Increases from $250 to $500 the maximum fine that may be imposed by administrative adjudication. Provides that the $500 limit does not apply to violations committed in a municipality's central business district that adversely affect security of residents or may compromise security in the central business district. Provides that for purposes of obtaining judgment on a final determination or determinations of violations, no more than $3,500 (rather than $2,500) in fines and penalties may be consolidated under a single judgment.
