Amends the Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act to provide that, on and after the effective date of this amendatory Act, "Board" means the Illinois Department of Public Health (now, the Health Facilities Planning Board) and further amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act to repeal the provision giving rule-making authority for the Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act to the Health Facilities Planning Board.
