Provides that a "person subject to involuntary admission" includes a person who has been adjudged to be subject to authorized involuntary treatment and with respect to whom outpatient treatment has been shown to be ineffective and inpatient treatment is likely to be effective. Changes provisions concerning factors that must be determined to be present to order authorized involuntary treatment. Adds provisions for an agreed order for alternative care or care and custody. Amends the Clerks of Courts Act; provides that no fee may be charged in connection with the filing of a commitment petition or a petition for an order authorizing the administration of authorized involuntary treatment in the form of medication under the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
