<SynopsisText>While the direct fiscal impact to the Department as a result of this bill are reflected in this fiscal note, the impact of local health agencies across the state is not. A change in the formula to this minimum funding program will have a direct impact on agencies and services provided at existing local health agencies. Unless the line increase, there will be an effect for some agencies with a redistribution of the dollars.
