Provides that if a driver involved in an accident involving personal injury or death fails to stop at the scene or otherwise comply with the requirements to stop of the Vehicle Code, the vehicle used by the driver in violating those requirements is subject to seizure and forfeiture.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
