Provides that coverage requirements regarding emotional disorders apply under the Health Maintenance Organization Act. Extends coverage requirements to individual policies. Requires coverage for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Increases from 35 to 60 the number of covered outpatient visits per year. Deletes a provision eliminating coverage requirements for serious mental disorders on January 1, 2006.
