Provides that coverage requirements regarding emotional disorders apply under the Health Maintenance Organization Act. Extends coverage requirements to individual policies. Requires coverage for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Increases from 35 to 60 the number of covered outpatient visits per year. Deletes a provision eliminating coverage requirements for serious mental disorders on January 1, 2006. Effective immediately.Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Removes provisions extending coverage requirements to individual policies of accident and health insurance. Removes a provision extending coverage to post-traumatic stress disorder. Deletes a provision increasing the number of covered outpatient visits per year from 35 to 60.
