<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Creates the Abusive Home Loan Practice Act. Provides that a creditor making a home loan may not finance any credit life, credit disability, credit property, or credit unemployment insurance policy, any other life or health insurance premiums, or any payments for any debt cancellation or suspension agreement or contract. Limits the fees a creditor making a home loan may impose. Places additional restrictions on creditors that make high-cost home loans. Provides penalties for violations of the Act. Provides that the provisions of the Act are severable.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
