<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>105 ILCS 5/2-3.25g</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 2-3.25g</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends provisions of the School Code relating to waivers and modifications of School Code mandates. Requires the local public hearing on a district's waiver or modification application to be held on a day other than a regular school board meeting day, requires the district to give written notice of the public hearing to the State legislators who represent the district, and requires a district to attest to the district's compliance with applicable notification and procedural requirements. Requires the application for the waiver or modification as submitted to the State Board of Education to include a description of the public hearing. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
