<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Illinois Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. Creates the offense of unlawful interference with access to reproductive health services. Establishes penalties. Provides that a person aggrieved by a violation of this Act may bring a civil action to enjoin the violation, for compensatory and punitive damages, and for the costs of suit and reasonable fees for attorneys and expert witnesses. Provides that the Attorney General, a State's Attorney, or a municipal attorney may bring a civil action to enjoin a violation of this Act, for compensatory damages to persons aggrieved by a violation of this Act, and for the assessment of a civil penalty against each violator of this Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
