Komen Foundation for its efforts to eradicate breast cancer and urges (1) citizen participation in the Penny Severns Breast and Cervical Cancer Research Fund Income Tax check-off; (2) women age 40 and older to have mammogram screenings every 1-2 years; (3) additional appropriations from the tobacco Master Settlement Agreement for breast cancer awareness and prevention; (4) additional funding by Congress for breast and cervical cancer early detection; (5) maximization of State matching dollars for breast and cervical cancer early detection; and (6) designation of one day at the State Fair as a day of recognition for Breast Cancer Awareness.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
