<SynopsisText>Provides that the affidavit concerning property subject to quick-take must be submitted to the Chairman and Minority Spokesperson of the House Executive Committee and must include the name of each State Senator and State Representative who represents the territory that is the subject of the proposed taking. Expands the scope of the resolution to include property sought to be acquired by the State by eminent domain using "quick-take" powers.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
