Provides that any contract extended or renewed by the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority for services provided at a sports facility constructed or financed under the Act shall require the contractor to recognize an exclusive representative for purposes of collective bargaining when the representative demonstrates a showing of majority interest by employees in a unit of eligible employees performing labor for the contractor under the contract on the basis of dues deduction authorizations (except in the case of dues deduction authorizations that are fraudulent or obtained through coercion).
