Provides that in the State Board of Education's latch key report, the Board shall report the total number of pupils participating in before and after school programs (instead of the number participating by school district). Provides that the Board's teacher supply and demand report shall be made every 3 years on or before February 1 (instead of annually on or before January 1). Removes a provision that requires the Board to conduct a school district salary and benefits survey covering each district's educational support personnel. Removes a provision that requires interscholastic athletic associations to submit an annual report to the Board dealing with trends in female participation in athletic competition. Repeals a Section requiring the Board to visit charitable educational institutions. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
